Anna M. Butler
Anna M. Butler, 89, of Marietta got be with her Lord where she wanted to be on Thursday, July 27, 2017. She was born on January 3, 1928, to the late Arthur Huntsman and Cora Sayre Huntsman in Barnesville, OH.
Anna was a member of Sandhill United Methodist Church where she had been an active member participating in United Methodist Women, serving as Sunday school secretary/treasurer for 14 years, singing in the choir and serving on various other committees. When she was able, she enjoyed reading, walking, visiting shut-ins and helping others. She retired from Richardson Printing Company after 20 years of service.
Anna was preceded in death by her first husband Robert M. Walters in 1955 and her second husband Irvin A. Butler in 1983, her brother William A. Huntsman and sister Mary J. Evans and an infant brother.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday (Aug. 1) at 10:30 am at McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home with Pastor Rick Carpenter officiating. Interment will follow in East Lawn Memorial Park.
