Charles Eugene Mckitrick
Charles Eugene Mckitrick, 40, of Marietta passed away at his home on December 16, 2016.
Charles was born May 16, 1976 to Larry and Sally Mckitrick. He attended school in Marietta and was a 1994 graduate of Marietta High School. He was employed at East Lawn Memorial Park for 20 years, but was currently working for Moran’s Ram Jack for the past 6 months. Chuck enjoyed life to the fullest and was a very avid Dave Matthews Band fan. He enjoyed riding his dirt bikes and always had a different one. He just purchased his pride and joy bike recently, but the thing he love to do most was spending time with beautiful daughter and family. Chuck also loved boating on the river on the pontoon boat and getting together with his dad and friends and playing music. He will be sadly missed by so many friends and family.
In addition to his parents Chuck is survived by his one and only daughter Alexandra Lee Marie Mckitrick, whom he adored, of Little Hocking, his sister Mary Elizabeth Mckitrick (Randy Scott Jr.) of Woodsfield, and a brother Larry Eugene Mckitrick, Jr. (Jess) of Columbus. He is also survived by special nephews Zachary Treadway, Taylor Sandy and Jaxson Barnett whom he adored. Also surviving are many aunts, uncles cousins and special friends James Sandy, Tony McDaniel, Andy Athey and Daniel Christopher.
Charles was preceded in death by his grandparents Everett and Emma Mckitrick and Charles and Mary Miller.
Funeral services will be held 2 pm Wednesday, December 21st at McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home with burial following in Rainbow Cemetery. Friends may call beginning 2 pm Tuesday with the family present from 2-4 and 6-8. Messages of sympathy may be sent at www.Lankfordfh.com.
