Delbert E. Offenberger

Delbert is survived by his children: Mindy (Tim Niceswanger) Layson of Whipple, Brad (Megan) Offenberger and Nicole (Tyler Clark) Offenberger both of Marietta; grandchildren: Brandon & Cole Looney, Tyson Niceswanger, Sierra Layson, Savannah and Sam Offenberger; siblings: Neil Berg, Joretta Noland, Ronnie Barron and by best friends, Dave Miller, Leroy McCutcheon and Jeff Boyd.

He was preceded in death by his parents and stepmother.

The family wishes to express a special Thanks to Strecker Cancer Center and the nurses at Heartland.
