Delbert Ray Phillips

Delbert Ray Phillips, 56, of Williamstown passed away Saturday, March 18, 2017, at his home following a short bout with cancer. He was born March 22, 1960, in Marietta to Homer and Fay Pugh Phillips. He was employed by the Gabbert Cullet Company.

Delbert is survived by two brothers, one half brother, one sister and one half sister: Kenny Phillips, Carl Phillips, Bob Hayes, Minnie Libscom, Anna Lott. He was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday (Mar. 21) from 4 until 8 at McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home followed by cremation and a graveside service at a later date. Messages of sympathy may be sent at www.Lankfordfh.
