Jennie D. Flowers Ashby
Jennie D. Flowers Ashby, 83, of Williamstown, passed away August 1, 2014 at Heartland of Marietta.
She was born March 16, 1931 in Ambrosia, WV to James Lloyd and Gracie Lee (Wheatcraft) Oliver. She had been employed at Williamstown Elementary School as a custodian before retiring from Williamstown High School.
Surviving is her sister Francis Ott of Bloomingdale, OH and her twin brother John Oliver of Williamstown.
In addition to her parents Jennie was preceded in death by her 1st husband Earl Flowers, and later her 2nd husband Earnest Ashby. Also preceding her in death was her sister Edith Camden and brothers Harold, Lawrence and James Oliver.
Memorial services will be held 2:30 pm, Sunday August 10th at Williamstown Church of God. McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home is assisting the family.
