Joann Walsh Farley

Joann Walsh Farley, 77, of Covington, GA, passed away at 5:00 pm, Monday August 4, 2014 at Newton Medical Center.

She was born April 9, 1937 in Waco, TX to Wilburn and Eula Mae (Snodgrass) Walsh. Joann had been a nurse’s aide at Heartland of Marietta.

Joann was married to Jack Farley who preceded her in death.

Surviving are her children William Farley of Reno, Dwayne Farley of Marietta, Rose Jordan of Covington, GA and Susan Morrow of Marietta, her grandchildren: Dixie Hilton, Justin Farley, Samantha Robbinette, Sabrina Dunn and Sara Farley and 4 great grand children.

In addition to her parents and husband, 2 sisters preceded Joann in death.

A committal service will be held 1:00 pm Friday August 8th at East Lawn Memorial Park. The family will greet friends on Thursday from 6 to 8 at McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home. Messages of sympathy may be sent at www.Lankfordfh.com.
