Kenneth L. Young, Sr.
Kenneth L. Young, Sr., 69, of Cutler, Ohio, passed away at 7:47 pm, Monday, November 30, 2015, at Camden Clark Medical Center in Parkersburg. He was born December 29, 1945, in Marietta a son of William and Virginia Mugrage Young.
Kenneth was a veteran of the U. S. Army serving in Vietnam. He was a member of VFW Post 5108, American Legion and DAV, and a member of Centenary United Methodist Church.
On December 18, 1967, he married Hellen Tullius who survives with 2 sons, Kenneth L. (Melissa) Young, Jr. of Glouster and Keith (Amber) Young of Marysville, OH, 11 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and 4 brothers: Bill, Larry, Donnie and John Young; 3 sisters: Becky Shumar, Susie Barnes and Barb Mellon. He was preceded in death by his parents and niece Lori Shumar Wolfe.
Visitation will be held on Friday afternoon from 2-4 & 6-8 at McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home and a military service will be held at 4:00 pm at the funeral home. Messages of sympathy may be sent at www.Lankfordfh.com.
