Marjorie Ann Ward
Marjorie Ann Ward, 84, of Marietta passed away at 2:00 am Saturday, April 25, 2015, at her home. She was born in Marietta on December 26, 1930, to Pearl and Genevieve Glock Willison.
She was a homemaker who enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren and friends. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Marjorie was a member of Central Christian Church and attended Sandhill United Methodist Church.
On May 30, 1959, she married Jim Ward who survives with 2 daughters, Kelly Ward of Hilliard, OH and Kerry (Mark) Eppley of Tiffin, OH; 5 grandchildren: Kristen, Nicole and Trevor Dobson, Hannah (Joe) Wordeman, Chloe Eppley. She is also survived by 3 sisters: Betty Dooley, Ruth Hendershot, Genevieve Leasure. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday (April 29) at 10:30am at McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home with Pastor Wendy Erb officiating. Burial will follow at East Lawn Memorial Park.
