Neil V. Haught
Neil V. Haught, 77, of Dart passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 15, 2017, surrounded by his family. He was born March 13, 1940, to the late Clyde and Jane Carothers Haught.
He was owner/operator of Haught’s Garage his whole adult life. Neil was a talented musician who played with Loretta Lynn, Freddie Fender, George Morgan, Connie Smith as well as many others in Nashville, Tennessee. He was well known for his acts of kindness in the community and his personal life.
Neil was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Enochs Haught. He is survived by his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
After a private ceremony, he was laid to rest on March 18 at Mount Hope Church of Christ Cemetery. Honoring his love of animals, memorial contributions can be made to the Washington County Humane Society in his name.
