Opal M. Cline

Opal M. Cline, 97, formerly of Marietta passed away, Tuesday (June 23, 2015) at 10:10 am at Ft. Wayne, Indiana. She was born September 3, 1917, in Parkersburg, WV, a daughter to Harry and Martha Somerville Lott. Opal retired from B. F. Goodrich Corp. She was a member of Bethel United Methodist Church.

On November 24, 1935, she married Lloyd W. Cline who preceded her in death on July 27, 1997. She is survived by 2 sons and 3 daughters: Lloyd (Lohr) Cline of Belpre, Robert (Phyllis) Cline of Cottageville, WV, Shirley (Carl) DeQuasie of Ravenswood, WV, Rose Lord of Fort Wayne, IN, Tara (Tom) Marvin of Marietta, several grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son Gary W. Cline, 3 brothers and 2 sisters.

Funeral service will be held on Saturday at 3:00 at McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday evening from 4 until 6 and from noon on Saturday until the hour of the service. Messages of sympathy may be sent to the family at www.Lankfordfh.com.
