Richard K. Hoff
Richard K. Hoff, 86, of Marietta passed away at 4:50am, Friday, March 20, 2015, at Heartland of Marietta. He was born September 8, 1928, in Marietta to Wilbur and Mildred Hendershot Hoff.
Dick was a graduate of Marietta College. He was a teacher and coach at Bloomfield and Newport High Schools and was later employed at Broughton Foods, retiring as Vice-President of Sales. He was a member of First Baptist Church. Dick enjoyed hunting and was an avid Ohio State Buckeye fan.
He married Baunelle Blume who survives with 2 sons, James “Jim” (Autumn) Hoff of Hilton Head, SC and Richard “Rich” K. (Tammy) Hoff II of Marietta; grandchildren: James David (fiancé Michelle) Hoff II of Savannah, GA, Hillary (Alex) Haskins of Lititz, PA, Richard “Kent” (Kristin) Hoff III of Marietta, Alexis (fiancé Ryan) Hoff of Belpre; great grandchild Dillon Curtis Graham and sister Janet Bowles of Columbus.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brother David Hoff and sister Mary Kelly.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday (March 24th) at 10:30am at McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home with Pastor Chad Mugrage officiating. Burial will follow in East Lawn Memorial Park.
