Rosemary Nunn
Rosemary Nunn, 71, of Marietta passed away at 2:55am Tuesday, April 22, 2014 at The Arbors of Marietta. She was born April 27, 1942, in Marietta a daugher of John Henry and Sylvia VanWay Burchett. She married John Wesley Nunn, Sr. who preceded her in death in August 2013.
Rosemary is survived by one son and two daughters: John (Patty) Wesley Stevens of Kingsport, TN, Connie(Jack) Stevens Wightman and Christina (Michael) Nunn both of Marietta, 14 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and several step-grandchildren. Also surviving are 4 brothers: Donald, Larry, Chet and Dave Burchett; several nieces and nephews and best friend for over 30 years Violet Wright.
She was preceded in death by parents, husband, son Brian, 2 brothers, Edward and John and 3 sisters, Sherlene, Idel and Virginia;
Funeral services will be held on Friday (Apr. 25) at 10:00 am at McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home followed by cremation. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday after 2:00pm with family present from 2-4 & 6-8. Messages of sympathy may be sent at www.Lankfordfh.com.
