Wanda C. Ullmann Porter

Wanda C. Ullmann Porter died peacefully Friday, May 29, 2015, at Whetstone Gardens in Columbus, Ohio, at the age of 96.  She was born in Noble County, OH, October 8, 1918, a daughter of Harry and Lydia Hedelston Pryor.  Wanda had been employed at Ohio Department of Transportation.
 
 
Preceeded in death by her husband, Kelsey, and former husband Wesley S. Ullmann, one brother and two sisters.  She is survived by her daughter Jill (Tracy) Shea, granddaughter, Monica K. (James) McFarland and four great grandchildren, Joe, Jack, Jon and Jillian, two sisters, Mary Cotopolis, Blanche Schafer and nieces, nephews and long time friends.
 
Wanda was always known for her fashionable appearance, her famous homemade noodles, lemon meringue pie and fudge.
 
Funeral services will be held at McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home Friday (June 5) at 11 a.m. with Pastor Lou Verdi officiating, followed by graveside service at Lower Salem Cemetery.
