Carman E. Seevers
Carman E. Seevers, 82, of Marietta, passed away June 30, 2019 at Hickory Creek of Athens at The Plains.
She was born March 28, 1937 in Washington County to Pearl and Florence (Wendelken) Biehl. She had been employed as a clerk for Parmar and a caregiver for Comfort Keepers. Carman was a beautiful person and will be greatly missed by many.
She is survived by her son Brian Hunter of Nelsonville, daughter Teresa Jamison of Pittsburgh, grandchildren Ashley, Elizabeth David and Matthew and great grandchildren Emma, Milo Lola, Eva and Braden. Also surviving is her brother Verne Biehl and sister Velma Comstock.
In addition to her parents, Carman was preceded in death by her first husband John Hunter, second husband Bernard Seevers, sisters Meriem Greene and Helen Cross and brothers William Biehl and Richard Biehl.
A celebration of life will be held Friday, July 12th at 10:30 am at the American Legion-8th and Wooster Street, Marietta. .According to her wishes she was cremated and a private burial will be held. McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home is assisting the family.
