Donald Eugene Barth
Donald Eugene Barth, 81, of Waterford passed away 9:00 pm Saturday May 12, 2018 at Harmar Place. He was born April 21, 1937 in Washington County to Elmer J. and Cathryn (Kidd) Barth. Don was self employed as a welder and fabricator and was a member of the Carpenters Union #356.
On September 13, 1955 he married Patty Jean Brown who survives with 4 sons and a daughter: Doug (Delores) Barth, Gary (Crystal) Barth, Steve (Mary) Barth all of Waterford, Cathy (Jeff) Cordy of Marietta and Leonard (Lori) Barth of Newport. Also surviving are grandchildren Eric, Travis, Courtney, Ashley, Shannon, Ian, Becky, Patty, Cassie, Jordan, and Jaden and 16 great grandchildren. A sister Joyce Lillie and half brothers Jon and Jan Barth also survive.
In addition to his parents Don was preceded in death by a great grandson Noah.
According to Don’s wishes he will be cremated and a private service will be held by the family. Memorial contributions may be made in his honor to the The Alzheimer’s Association (www.alz.org).
