Joanne Belle Farley
Joanne Belle Farley, 70, New Matamoras passed away 2:42 pm Tuesday May 21, 2019 at Marietta Memorial Hospital. She was born February 27, 1949 in Washington County to Carl Edward and Mary Elizabeth (Bostaph) Douglas. Joanne was a graduate of Lawrence High School and was a homemaker.
On May 29, 1967 she married Loren Farley who survives with a son Robert Farley of Marietta and a daughter Cynthia Farley of New Matamoras. Also surviving are grandchildren: Branden Chambers and Cole Farley, great grandchildren: Owen Farley and Arlo Chambers, and brothers and sisters: Carl Douglas, John Douglas, Gary Douglas, Mary Antill, Peggy Adams, Dorothy Barth, Betty Neader, and Raymond Douglas.
In addition to her parents Joanne was preceded in death by a daughter Theresa Chambers and brothers Jim Douglas and Larry Douglas.
Visitation will be held on Saturday May 25th at McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home beginning at 2 pm with the family present from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8. Messages of sympathy may be sent at www.Lankfordfh.com.
