Mildred Mayhew
Mildred Grossman Mayhew, 83, formerly of Jaycee Estates, Marietta, passed away on March 31, 2009, at The Washington County Home.
She was born on March 24, 1926, in Marietta to Fred and Gladys Tullius Grossman.
Mildred is survived by her aunt, Marjorie Tullius of Beckley, WV and her cousins, Marilyn Drennen and Ronald Carver both of Marietta and Sharon Smith of Pineyview, WV.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Sidney Mayhew, and her brother, John Grossman, a casualty of WWII.
Graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family. A memorial service will be held at The Washington County Home at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to the Washington County Home Activities Fund, 845 County House Lane, Marietta.
