Ralph Lee Trippett

On Sunday, December 1,2019 Ralph was called home.

Ralph, age 59, was born on October 15,1960, in Parkersburg, WV. He was the son of Shirley Lee Trippett. He graduated from Marietta High School and Nashville Auto Diesel College. These events lead him to become a truck driver for many years, where he was proud of his on-time deliveries and his driving reputation.

Ralph enjoyed reading western books, fishing, riding his horse Phantom, spending time with his family, dancing and listening to music with his youngest daughter. While his children were in 4-H, Ralph found much enjoyment in helping with the 4-H clover sales at TSC; and watching his daughter shoot at Bull’s-Eye, along with many other events the clubs participated in.

He is survived by his loving wife Connie, his children Ryan (Katie) Trippett, Chris Fisher, Melissa (Marvin) Miller, and Leeann Trippett, and his grandchildren Aiden, Lily, Asher, Willow Trippett, and Danielle Miller. He is also survived by his mother-in-law Margie Meiring, his brother-in-law Dave (Lois) Meiring, Sister-in-Law Ruth (Steve) Swallow, his half brother Scott (Alicia) Lent, and half sister Shelia (Kenny) Wright, and aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his mother Shirley Lee Trippett, and his Uncle Lynn Sandford.

His favorite song was Amazing Grace; and that, says it all.

A celebration of Ralph’s life will be held at the Williamstown Women’s building in Williamstown, WV, on Saturday, December 7, 2019, at 12:00 noon. Lunch will be provided. McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home is assisting the family and messages of sympathy may be sent at www.Lankfordfh.com.
