Ruth E. Cline

Ruth E. Cline, 89, of Marietta passed away at her residence on April 30, 2018. She was born December 11, 1928, the daughter of Oscar and Addie Cline. She retired from Central Trust Bank after 10 years of service and was a member of the 6th and Washington Street Church of Christ.

She is survived by her husband of 70 years Glen E. (Lefty) Cline, two sons, Ron (Betty Ann) and Ralph, 4 grandchildren: Alison (Chris) Van Skoik, Mollie (Matthew) Huffman, Kelly (Aaron) Kincaid and Cody Cline. She also leaves behind 6 adoring great granddaughters: Addie, Tess and Celia Huffman, Layne Kincaid and Ryan and Kate Van Skoik; brother Ward (Shelba) Cline and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Ruth was preceded in death by her daughter-in-law Kim Greene Cline, sister Ruby Ullman, brother-in-law Ray Ullman and two nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Friday (May 4) at 2:00 pm at McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery.  Family will greet friends at the funeral home on Thursday evening from 6 to 8 and one hour before the service on Friday.
