Judith “Judi” Snyder
Judith “Judi” Snyder, 68, of Marietta passed away Saturday, August 6, 2016, at Marietta Memorial Hospital. She was born October 13, 1947, in Parkersburg, WV, a daughter of Leonard and Mary De-Quasie Parks. Judi graduated from Marietta High School in 1965. She liked playing computer games and facebook and playing Bingo. She was a member of the Loyal Order of Moose.
On July 5, 1972 she married Barry Snyder who preceded her in death January 15, 2006.
Judi is survived by her children: John Dye of Lower Salem, Robyn Carpenter of Marietta and Bryce (Arlene McVey) Snyder of Marietta; grandchildren: Josh and Eric Carpenter, Michael Fortney, Dusty Dye, Keith Donahue, Karen Erb; 21 great grandchildren, 2 great, great grandchildren; brothers: Jim ((Pat) Parks, Dan Parks, Dean Parks, Bonnie Parks, Mike (Evelyn) Parks. She is also survived by close friends and best buddies, Billie Sims, Berenda McNutt and Polly Dearth.
Her sister Wanda Haney preceded her in death.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday (Aug. 10) at 11:00 am at McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home. Family will greet friends on Tuesday from 4 until 8. Messages of sympathy may be sent at www.Lankfordfh.com.
