Kathryn “Katy” Jean Taber Quirk
Kathryn “Katy” Jean Taber Quirk, 88, of Grand Rapids, MI, passed away on Monday, November 21, 2016, at Marietta Memorial Hospital.
She was born November 6, 1928, in Grand Rapids, Michigan, a daughter of Gleason M. and Bernyce Kelley Taber. She was a graduate of South High in Grand Rapids and was a homemaker.
She is survived by her daughter, Kelly (Jerry) Biehl of Marietta, grandchildren, Kristine (Brendon) Welch and Katy Biehl both of Marietta and niece Amy (Kevin) Turner of Hong Kong. She was preceded in death by her parents, longtime companion Frank Pellerito, brother and sister-in-law James “Jim” and Bette Taber and an infant son.
Kathryn will be interred in Rest Lawn Memorial Park in Grand Rapids and services will be held at a later date. McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home is assisting the family and messages of sympathy may be sent at www.Lankfordfh.com.
