Lillian Ruth Gildow
Lillian Ruth Gildow, 86, of Macksburg, passed away on Monday, September 7, 2026, at Summit Acres Nursing Home in Caldwell, Ohio.
She was born on February 7, 1940 in Harrisville, WV, to Troy Knight and Audra Nicholson Knight. Lillian was a very special lady who was loved by her family and friends and all who knew her.
Lillian was married to Walton Gildow who preceded her in death. She is survived by 2 brothers, Troy and Kenny Knight and 2 sisters Linda Fogle and Donna Kennedy and two special friends, Cindy McCune and Betty Estadt.
Preceding her in death are her parents, husband, brother Dale Knight and sisters, Patricia Knight and Judy Smith.
Family will greet friends on Monday (Sept. 14) from noon until 2:00 at McClure Schafer Lankford Home. Graveside services will follow in Lund Cemetery. Messages of sympathy may be sent to the family at www.Lankfordfh.com.
