    Michael Allen Brown, 70, of Lowell passed away at the Chillicothe VA Hospital on September 3, 2020 after fighting a service illness for several years.
    He was born January 24, 1950 to the late Robert and Doris Brown. Mike graduated from Fort Frye High School in 1968 and had served in the US Navy from 1969 to 1975.

    Jason Lee Taylor, 38, of Newport passed away on Sunday, August 30, 2020, in Pleasants County, WV.

    Paulette was a graduate of Meigs High School. She was a devoted homemaker and housewife and later in life became a caregiver for others.

    Herman Edwin Thomas, 89, husband of the late Eileen M. Thomas, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on August 28, 2020. Herman was surrounded by his loved ones as he made his journey home.
    His journey began on August 12, 1931, in Little Eight Mile in Marietta, Ohio with his parents Oscar and Sara (Skinner) Thomas. Herman was raised at Newell’s Run in Newport, Ohio with his five siblings – Edward Thomas, Edith Neely, Gertrude Cameron, Ruth Bewley, and Howard Thomas.

    Betty L. Davis, 92, of Marietta passed away at 6:03 am, Thursday, August 27, 2020, at Marietta Memorial Hospital.
    She was born June 8, 1928, in East Liverpool, OH, a daughter of Charles and Thelma Debee Coleman. Betty was a homemaker.
    Betty is survived by her 4 children: Sondra Venham, Bill (Annette) Morgan, Kathy Marshall and Vicki Moore all of Marietta; 10 grandchildren: Billy Offerman, Justin Morgan, Andrew Morgan, Emily Sams, Jeremy Holden, Brandi Wittekind, Amy Williams, Tammy Morgan, Stacia Dyar and Morgan Dyar; 28 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
