Nelma D. Proctor, 81, of Barlow, Ohio, passed away peacefully at 1:55 am, Sunday, June 9, 2019, at her home surrounded by her family. She was born August 18, 1937, in McFarland, WV, a daughter of Charles L. and Myrtle McCray Fortney.
Nelma was a mother and homemaker. She was a member of Barlow United Methodist Church and Porterfield Baptist Church. She taught Sunday School and was active in Cub Scouts and involved in her community.
Joyce A. Cunningham Gill, 74, of Whipple went to fly with the angels at 5:02 pm, Friday, June 7, 2019, at Marietta Memorial Hospital. She was born in Marietta on April 30, 1945, a daughter of Eva Ellen Cunningham.
Joyce was a loving wife for 59 ½ years and also a loving mother.
A celebration of life for Billy Wayne Fisher, 71, of Williamstown will be held on at 3:00 pm on Friday, June 14, 2019 at Marietta Church of God, 501 Colegate Drive, Marietta. All are welcome to attend.

She was born April 6, 1932, in Wood County, WV, a daughter of John and Ollie Ludwig Clegg. Betty was employed at Harts Family Center, retiring after 27 years. She was a member of Lighthouse Baptist Church of Barlow. She enjoyed her flower gardens and coloring pictures for military personnel through the church.
Jason Lee Scarbrough. 34, of Marietta passed away at 12:55 pm, Thursday, May 30, 2019, at Marietta Memorial Hospital. He was born February 5, 1985, in Marietta a son of William Pugh and Brenda Scarbrough both of Marietta. Jason had been employed by the Waste Management Company as a truck driver.
