He was born on June 15, 1965, in Marietta to Gerald C. and Lenora E. Parker. He grew up in the Waterford, Ohio, area and attended Fort Frye High School. Jeff loved to do refinishing and renovating and other carpentry work.
He is survived by his mother, Lenora Farley in Marietta, 2 daughters, Katie Parker of Williamstown and Tiffany (Rob) Buckley; 3 grandchildren: Ashton Parker and Aniston and Aerie Buckley all of Waterford, brother Gerald “Gary” Parker and wife Wilma of Waterford; nephews, Justin (Amy) and Ben (Krystie) Warren, Chris Parker and niece Shannon (Johnathan) Brown.
