Betty Lou Wright, 80, of Beverly passed away at 7:58 pm, Sunday, June 10, 2018, at Marietta Memorial Hospital. She was born January 22, 1938, in Williamstown, WV, to James T. McGuire and Gwendolyn Hoselton McGuire.
Betty Lou was a homemaker and a member of Beverly Baptist Church. She loved her family and was an accomplished artist.
Etta M. Ritchie, 93, died on June 10, 2018. She was born Oct. 23, 1924 in Waterford to Alva W. and Mattie Ewing Burchett.
She has been a member of the Church of Christ since 1951. Etta was employed at the American Pottery in Westview for 5 years and in 1951 she begin working at the Fenton Art Glass Co. in Williamstown WV. After her retirement in 1991 she became a volunteer working Ohio Dept of Insurance (OSHIIP), the OSU Extension Office, Caring Connection and the O’Neil Senior Center. In 2006 Etta moved from Marietta to Chino Valley, AZ.
Helen Eileen Nolan, 82, of Marietta, Ohio, went to be with the Lord, June 9, 2018. She was born January 8, 1936, in Dart, Ohio, to the late Gerald and Dorothy Binegar Brooks.
Helen was a member of the Sixth and Washington Church of Christ.
Donna Jean Hill, 87, of Marietta passed away at 10:24pm. Thursday, June 7, 2018, at her home. She was born August 5, 1930, in Sharon PA, a daughter to Etta Marie Lane and Elmer Wetzel Payne.
Donna was a graduate of Warren High School where she was Salutatorian of her class. She retired from Marietta Memorial Hospital after 30+ years of service. She loved spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Elah L. Rose Woods Cassady, 97, of Marietta passed away at 5:07am, Tuesday, June 5, 2018, at Marietta Memorial Hospital. She was born November 20, 1920, in Williamstown to George Thelbert and Losha M. Hively Rose.
