  • John Brunicardi Kidd

    John Brunicardi Kidd, 75, of Marietta Ohio, died peacefully at home on September 1, 2024, with his beloved wife Barb at his side.
    He was born in Marietta, Ohio on October 5, 1948, to Mary (Brunicardi) and Melvin Kidd. John attended St. Mary’s Catholic School where he balanced his rebellious shenanigans with his duties as an altar boy, but it was only with his mother’s daily rosary prayers that he escaped childhood relatively unscathed. John moved to Columbus, Ohio as a young man where he met Karen (Raquet) Kidd, the loving mother of his two daughters.

  • Robert “Bob” Lee

    Robert “Bob” Lee, 67, of Marietta, OH, passed away on August 31, 2024. He was born on August 10, 1957, in Morgantown, WV son to Marvin Lee of Marietta, OH and Judy Littleton of Lowell, OH.
    Bob was a retired plant operator at Colgate-Palmolive and a talented motorcycle mechanic. His passion for the wind of the open road and scenery of nature could only be eclipsed by his love and care for those he let into his heart. A strong and passionate man, Bob was best known to those closest to him for being a loving father, caring and reliable friend, storyteller, and motorcycle enthusiast. He was a bear to face in a chess match and knew every song that came on the radio, concisely recalling the lyrics to make a point or applying them comically to a situation.

    Marjorie Marie Mary Tullius Gutberlet Duff, 94, of Marietta passed away August 27, 2024, at Waterview Pointe. Marjorie was born May 11, 1930, in Lowell, Ohio, the youngest of nine to Andrew W. and Dora Mae Gates Tullius.
    She had many jobs and interest in her life, a beautician, cake decorator and tole painter for a few. She went to England to teach tole painting twice.

    Ruth E. Lindamood Graham, 93, passed away on Thursday, August 22, 2024 in Zanesville. She was born on March 13, 1931, in Sycamore Valley. Ohio, the daughter of Fred Lindamood and Addie B. Stevens Lindamood-Noll.
    In 1948, Ruth married Robert D. Graham. Ruth was a housewife and devoted wife and mother. In 1952, they had a son John R. Graham.

  • Phyllis L. Bowersock

    Phyllis L. Bowersock, of Bloomfield, OH, lived the dream and kept dreaming until she left this life on August 20, 2024, at 89 years young. She was born at home on Pine Ridge, on July 13, 1935, to Clarence and Carrie (Herlan) Binegar. She attended Newport School in the earlier years and in 2020 she accomplished her dream of obtaining her High School Diploma.
    On August 18, 1952, she married Lawrence L. Bowersock who preceded her in death on November 12, 2020. Together they raised their 3 children on the family farm: Roy (Judy) Bowersock, Susie (Ted) Patterson, and Ronnie (Kim) Bowersock. Also surviving are her grandchildren Steve, Tony (Katina) and Rick (Leia) Bowersock; Melinda (Joe) Crone and Jeremy (Kathy) Patterson; Josh (Audrey), Zach (Mandy), Ben (Kristel), Pete, and Jill Bowersock. Her legacy also spans two additional generations with 15 great- grandchildren, Gaige, Lexi, Jacob, and Isaac Bowersock, Hannah and Spencer Crone (Morgan) and Katelyn and Madelyn Patterson, Abby (Jonah) and Maddy Bowersock, McKaylyn (Damon) Metheney, Mariah, Anna and Logan Bowersock, and Tyce Dunn and 3 great-great-grandchildren, Zealand, Rhett, and Saylor Metheney. Also survived by numerous neighbors, friends, nieces and nephews. She loved the Lord with all her heart and prayed every night that the family circle would not be broken in heaven.
    She was a lifetime member of the Bloomfield United Methodist Church where she did everything from teaching to cleaning. She was always doing for others. She loved to spend time mowing her yard. Always ready to go with anyone who called to ask her to go for a ride either other the ridges or through the fields. Some of those rides included jobs such as building fence, tending and vaccinating cattle. When not on the farm, she supported her family in their endeavors.
