Sonja Kay Rapp Wright, 80, of Marietta passed away at 4:25 pm, Sunday, August 18, 2024, at Elison of Marietta. She was born on August 28, 1943, in Washington County to William Leslie Rapp and Eunice Elizabeth Fulmer Wright.
She was retired from Ohio Bell Telephone Company and attended Layman United Methodist Church.

He was born on March 28, 1962, in Parkersburg a son of Frederick Culver Walters and Lena Mae Cline. Doug never met a stranger and enjoyed WVU, Dallas Cowboys and Williamstown Yellow Jackets Football.
Ida Alberta Lewis Harris 96, of Marietta, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 3, 2024.
She was born on December 15, 1927, in Bridgewater Maine, the daughter of Gordon Lewis and Pearl Stitham Lewis. She graduated from Marietta High School in 1946.
Candace Lee Burke-Gales, 71, of Canal Winchester, Ohio passed away at 8:30pm on August 2, 2024.
She was born on September 22, 1952, at Marietta Memorial Hospital to the late Eugene and Iduma Burke. She graduated from Marietta High School in 1970. She was a member of the Wesleyan Methodist Church. She had been employed with the State Transportation of Ohio and retired from the Shelly Company.
Willa J. Athey, 81, of Williamstown passed away at 9:23pm, Saturday, July 27, 2024 at Camden Clark Medical Center.
She was born September 3, 1942, in Spencer, WV, a daughter of Lonnie Greathouse and Enid Greathouse. Willa was a homemaker.
