    Charles E. Worsham, 63, of Marietta passed away at 6:30 pm on Monday, November 4, 2013.  He was born on January 3, 1950, in Newark, NJ, a son of Paul and Therese Bauergard Worsham. He graduated from Parkersburg High School in 1967. He was employed by the City of Marietta from 1973 to 2002 as an operator at the Waste Water Treatment Plant.
