    Ralph C. Tepe, 71, of Marietta passed away, September 25, 2011 at the Arbors of Marietta.
    He was was born January 28, 1940 in Cincinnati to the Late Ralph H. and Dorothy (Koch) Tepe.  Ralph had spent most of his life teaching, until his retirement last year from Washington State Community College.

    Her mother and stepfather, Edward Bums, moved to jobs in several locations before settling down to a farming career in Bledsoe, Texas, where she grew up and attended school.

    Bobbie was a member of Faith Bible Church in Williamstown and was a homemaker who was devoted to her husband and family.
