    He was born at Ben’s Run, Pleasants County,WV, on August 27, 1942, a son of Edith Morgan and George Edward Dalrymple.  He had been employed by Forest Construction, retiring in 1994.

    He was born November 20, 1955 in Tallmadge, Ohio to the late Maryanna Weaver and the late Kenneth Higgins.  Ronnie attended Marietta High School and was a veteran of the U.S. Navy.  He was a Carpenter by trade and enjoyed his friends and fishing and was a very talented artist.
