    Clarence E. Poole, 89, of Whipple passed away at 6:15 pm on Wednesday, November 15, 2023 at Legacy of Marietta.
    He was born April 1, 1934 in Marietta to Fero and Stella (Wallace) Poole. Clarence was a veteran of the US Marine Corps and been employed as a truck driver for Ferel Gas Co.
    Surviving is his wife Barbara Erb Poole, sons Clarence Poole, Jr, of Florida, Terry Poole, of Willoughby, OH, daughters Linda and Laura. Also surviving are step-sons Jim Erb and Bill (Rita) Erb both of Parkersburg, and several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews and his dogs Dora and Cheese.

    Richard D. “Dick” Martin, 61, of Fleming, formerly of Monroe, Michigan, passed away on Wednesday, November 15, 2023.
    He was born on August 10, 1962, in Marietta to the late Floyd Martin and Donna Zimmerman Martin of Fleming. Dick had been employed as a truck driver and carpenter.

    Lyman Bruce Klintworth, 79, of Marietta passed away on Monday, November 13, 2023, at his home.

    Richard Charles Murphy, 65, of Marietta passed away at his home after a long illness on Friday, Nov. 10, 2023.
    He was born on January 27, 1958, in Marietta a son of Arthur and Dorothy Farley Murphy. He loved playing with grandchildren and yard work. He had been employed as a car detailer until his retirement in 2020.

    Tucker O. Heslop, 20, of Moss Run (Marietta) passed away at 10:25am, Monday, November 6, 2023 at Children’s Hospital in Columbus. He was born March16, 2003 in Marietta a son of Perry Heslop and Beth Baker Heslop.
    Tucker was a graduate of Wood County Christian School in 2022 and attended Evergreen Bible Church in Williamstown. He was an avid sports fan of all Cleveland sports, OSU football and Wood County Christian School sports. He loved video games and was a volunteer at Wood County Christian School

    After a hard fought battle with a very aggressive cancer, Jason Thaddeus Mace of Belpre passed away on November 1, 2023 while in the care of the James Cancer Center at the age of 40. Jason leaves behind his son’s Bradley Mace, age 20 of Marietta Oh and Gage Mace, age 18 of Lowell Oh.
