    Ronald K. Higgins 54, of Cleveland, Ohio passed away September 3, 2010. 
    He was born November 20, 1955 in Tallmadge, Ohio to the late Maryanna Weaver and the late Kenneth Higgins.  Ronnie attended Marietta High School and was a veteran of the U.S. Navy.  He was a Carpenter by trade and enjoyed his friends and fishing and was a very talented artist.
