    Peggy E. Miller, 78, of St. Marys, passed away at 9:30 am, November 8, 2009 at Marietta Center.
    She was born at Newport on February 17, 1931 to Ralph W. and Mildred Pauline Bogard Van Wey.  Peggy was a 1949 graduate of Newport High School and a homemaker. She was a Protestant by faith.
    On August 19, 1950 Peggy married Avery Miller who died on October 4, 2000.
