    Alan D Coppock, 67, of Marietta passed away on the morning of Thursday, November 17, 2022 at Marietta Memorial Hospital.
    He was born on November 16, 1955, in Washington Court House, Ohio to the late Charles “Dave” and Ruth “Pat” (Creamer) Coppock.
    Alan was the quarterback of the undefeated state champions, the Washington Court House Blue Lions, in 1973. In 1992 he was inducted into the Washington High School Hall of Fame.

  • Delbert W. Christopher

    Delbert W. “Doc” Christopher, 75 of Belpre passed away at 8:27 pm, Thursday (Nov. 17) at Belpre Emergency Room. He was born on December 2, 1946 in Washington County, Ohio to Kenneth and Dorothy White Christopher.
    He had been employed at B. F. Goodrich and was a member of Light House Baptist Church.

  • Larry D. Boice

    Larry D. Boice, 82, of Marietta passed away peacefully on the morning of Tuesday, November 15, 2022, in his home, surrounded by his family. Larry was born on April 14, 1940, in Rainbow to the late Gilbert Francis Boice and Allie Pearl Bell.
    On December 2, 1960, Larry married Janet Marie Robinson in the Warren Chapel in Warren, OH, and remained so for the rest of his life.

    David L. Kehl, 58, of Lower Salem passed away at 7:15 pm, Sunday, November 13, 2022, at Marietta Memorial Hospital.
    He was born on June 9, 1964 in Marietta a son of Lloyd and Glenda Tewanger Kehl. Dave was a farmer and he and his sons owned and operated Kehl Oil & Gas Enterprises. He was a member of the Creighton Ridge Church of Christ and the Masonic Lodge.

  • Lenora Virginia “Nora” Russell

    Lenora (Nora) Virginia Russell, 94, of Massillon, Ohio, passed away on November 13, 2022. Lenora was born to parents Charles and Susie (Bond) Williams, on September 3, 1928 in Clarksburg, West Virginia.
    She graduated from Unidis High School in 1946 and went on to study Education at Salem College. Lenora worked as teacher in Williamstown, WV where she met James Riley Russell in 1952. They were married on December 12, 1953. For the next 58 years they lived in Williamstown where together they ran Russell Electric, she enjoyed and provided childcare for many working families and raised their 2 children: Susan Cain (Carlos) Sanchez, Thomas (Karen) Russell.

  • Dorothy Joan Stotler Coffman

    Dorothy Joan (Stotler) Coffman, who passed away on Saturday, November 12, 2022, was born December 2, 1932 in Marietta, Ohio to Geraldine and Herbert Stotler of Marietta, Ohio. During her early years, she lived on the West Side of Marietta before moving to her Pinehurst home of many years. According to her family, Dorothy was quite a softball player and athlete in her high school years. On April 22, 1950, she married her loving husband, Ralph DeWitt Coffman Sr., who preceded her in death on January 7, 2016.

  • Roger L. Jeffers

    My soul mate took God’s hand to be with his family and friends on November 12th 2022, at the young age of 76. Roger was born on October 17th 1946 in Bellaire, Ohio, son of Albert and Leona Goldsmith Jeffers.
    He graduated from Bellaire High School after graduation he served in the U.S. Navy during Vietnam. Roger loved the Navy, his Country and the Flag of the United States. He is a proud veteran.
