Alta Delilah Johnson Burge

Alta Delilah Johnson Burge, 70, went to be with her Lord and Savior suddenly on Sunday, January 5, 2014.

She was preceded in death by her late husband Ernest E. Burge and fiancé Hilton Surrena.

She is survived by her children: Larry E. Holshu, Jr., April T. Smitley (Scott), Vicki M. Stair (Scott) and special son Matthew Fox; 3 sisters, several nieces and nephews, cousins and beloved bird “Mikey.”

Friends will be received on Thursday (Jan. 9) from 11:00 until 1:00 at McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home and messages of sympathy may be sent at www.lankfordfh.com.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday at East Lawn Memorial Park Chapel.
