Angel Francis passed away at Marietta Memorial Hospital October 5, 2014 and Joshua Francis passed away October 6, 2014, at The Ohio State Medical Center.
The newborn infants are survived by their parents Andy and Jennifer Biehl Francis of Marietta, grandparents: Karen W. Biehl of Marietta, Edgar A. Biehl of Havre de Grace, MD, Russell E. and Alberta J. Francis of Harrisville, WV.
