Angela J. Oliver, 48, of Waterford, OH, passed away at 10:57 pm, Friday, February 13, 2026 at Marietta Memorial Hospital.
She was born on April 5, 1977 in Marietta, daughter of Keith Oliver and Cathy Miller Ruble. Surviving are her mother Cathy, daughter Ciara Nicole Hutchins, sister Lisa Ruble, brother-in-law Bud Ruble, 2 step sisters, Regina Dunne and Tricia McLeod, brother Shawn Oliver, sister Nicole Miller and several aunts and uncles.
