Bessie Ann Gaskins

Bessie Ann Gaskins, born May 17, 1940, to Raymond and Goldie Davis in Marietta, passed away on Monday, August 8, 2011, at her home after a long and courageous battle with cancer.

She was preceded in death by both parents and her husband Pete Gaskins and daughter Vicky. She is survived by her daughter Kim, son Rick (Sherry), son Tim (Norma), grandchildren, Larry McKitrick, Jr., Michael, Cody, Quinton, Taylor and Zachary.

Special thanks to Dr. Cawley and all who work at Strecker Cancer Center for taking such good care and giving her family the extra time we have had with her.

No services will be held at this time. McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home is assisting the family. Memorial donations may be made to Strecker Cancer Center.
