Betty L. Davis

Betty L. Davis, 75, of New Matamoras went to be with the Lord on January 19, 2012. She was married to Raymond W. Davis, Jr. on November 25, 1954. Betty volunteered at Frontier High School as a teacher’s aide.

Betty was a loving mother to 4 children: Dana Davis (Debbie) of Shawnee, OH, Raymond Davis of Florida, Robin Valentine (Don) of New Matamoras, Alan Davis (Cathy) of New Matamoras. She had 15 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. Betty had 3 sisters and 3 brothers.

Betty was preceded in death by her parents, one brother and one sister.

Services and viewing will be Sunday (Jan. 22) at 2:00 at East Lawn Memorial Park Chapel, Reno, with Pastor David Beaver officiating. Entombment will follow. McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.
