Beulah E. Lewis

Beulah E. Lewis, 91, of Marietta passed away at 2:50 pm on Monday, March 18, 2013, at Heartland of Marietta. She was born on February 15, 1922, in Lowell a daughter of Norman and Freda Born Theis. She attended Moss Run Community Church.

On September 7, 1941, she married Vernon Lewis who preceded her in death on November 25, 1961.

Beulah is survived by 1 son and 3 daughters: Vernon (Martha) Lewis of St. Marys, Marie Farley of New Matamoras, Cecile (Oscar) Starkey of Moss Run, Emily (Robert) Greathouse of Marietta; 12 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, 5 great, great grandchildren, and sister-in-law Clovia Theis.

She was preceded in death by her parents, grandson Kenneth Starkey, 1 brother, 1 sister, son-in-law Clarence Farley.

Funeral services will be Friday (March 22) at 1:00 pm at McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home with Pastor Robert Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Valley Cemetery.
