Bruce A. Wittekind
Bruce A. Wittekind, 77, of Waterford passed away at 9:52 pm, Monday, August 18, 2025 at home surrounded by loved ones. He was born May 27, 1948, in Marietta a son of Donald E. Wittekind and Arlena E. Kilzer Wittekind.
Bruce retired from B. F. Goodrich (RJF International), was a veteran of the U. S. Army and a member of Barnett Ridge Church of Christ and American Legion Post 750.
On June 9, 1968, he married Patricia Snider who survives with his son and daughter, Myla (Douglas) Thomas of Newport and Timothy Alan Wittekind of Waterford; 9 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, his sister Eraina Casto of Marietta and several nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents and son Tony.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am, Friday (Aug. 22) at McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home. Family will greet friends one hour before the service. Messages of sympathy may be sent to the family at www.Lankfordfh.com.
