Carol J. Schlarb

Carol J. Schlarb, 73, of Lower Salem passed away at 7:20am on Friday, November 8, 2013, at Marietta Memorial Hospital. She was born on November 24, 1939, in Shelby County, Tennessee, to Jack Collins of Memphis, TN and Lila Roberts Collins. Carol was a homemaker.

On May 13, 1967, she married Charles Schlarb who preceded her in death on March 7, 2012.

Carol is survived by one son and one daughter, Tony (Debbie) LeMaster of Virginia Beach, VA and Angie Fleming of Bartlett; step son Miles (Kathy) Schlarb of Ft. Wayne, IN and Jane Doll of Clarkston, MI; 2 half sisters Vickie Boulton and Vada Davis both of Memphis, TN, a number of grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, mother, daughter Jackie Lou Schlarb, and son Clay Schlarb.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday (Nov. 12) at 1:00 pm at McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home with Preacher Tom Fagan officiating. Burial will follow in Salem Township Cemetery.
