Carolyn “Sue” Kuhn

Carolyn S. “Sue” Kuhn, 75, of Marietta passed away at 6:20 am, Thursday, September 20, 2018, at her home.

She was born November 20, 1942, in Marietta a daughter of Harold Hodge and Virginia Connelly Hodge.
Sue was a graduate of Marietta High School, Class of 1960. She was a member of Williamstown Church of God and had made several missionary trips to China and Nigeria.

On January 25, 1960, she married Jerald O. “Jerry” Kuhn who survives with their daughter, Rebecca Ann Kuhn Lyons and husband Lee of South Carolina and their son, David Alan Kuhn and his friend Pauline of Marietta, 10 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, 2 brothers, William P. Hodge and Robert E. Hodge, and sister Judith A. Hodge.

She was preceded in death by her parents, 2 sons, Douglas Byron Kuhn and Donald Eugene Kuhn, 2 brothers, Harold Hodge, Jr. and James E. Hodge who was a casualty of the Vietnam War.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Monday (Sept. 24) at McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home with Ken Fullerton officiating. Interment will follow in Moss Run Cemetery.
