Cathleen P. Robinson Hawes Lyons
Cathleen P. Robinson Hawes Lyons, 68, of Marietta, passed away on Monday morning, September 24, 2012, at The Arbors. She was born on May 2, 1944, in Marietta a daughter of Earl and Burnice Fairbank Reynolds. She attended Warren High School and later got her G.E.D. She was a homemaker and enjoyed sewing, boating, jewelry making and reading. She was a member of the 19th Street Church of God.
She married Robert Hawes and later married Billy G. Lyons, both preceded her in death.
Surviving are daughters, Melissa L. (Mickey) Porter and Angela C. (Michael) Haught; granddaughters: Ashley, Meagan, Heather and grandson David; step grandchildren, Dusty and Jessie and several step children and step grandchildren. She is also survived by brother Joseph Reynolds of Vincent and sisters Lucille Memmick.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands and stepmother Goldie Stull Reynolds and sisters Wilma Science Jackson and Grace Nelson.
Graveside services will be held on Wednesday (Sept. 26) at 1:30 pm in Tunnel Cemetery. McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home is assisting the family. Messages of sympathy may be sent at www.mslfuneralhome.com.
