Charles L. Stevens
Charles L. Stevens, 73, of Marietta passed away at 12:00 am, Tuesday August 28, 2018, at Marietta Memorial Hospital. He was born on July 26, 1945, to Lloyd and Mary Sidel Stevens.
Charles loved his children, grandchildren, hunting, fishing and his dogs, Taco and Lily.
He married Brenda D. Stevens who preceded him in death on August 30, 2013. He is survived by 2 daughters, Melinda Davis and Rebecca (Kenny) Place both of Marietta, 2 step daughters, Denise (Mark) Forrester of Greenville, SC and Pam (Mike) Moody of Greenville, SC, 10 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife and brother Darell Stevens and nephew Jake Stevens.
Funeral services will be held on Friday (Aug. 31) at 11:00 am at McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home with Pastor Wendy Erb officiating.
