Deborah S. Wagner

Deborah S. Wagner, 66, of Marietta passed away on Thursday, March 21, 2019, at Marietta Memorial Hospital. She was born June 29, 1952, in Marietta a daughter of Charles Walter Miller and Mary Elizabeth Mantel Miller.

She was a graduate of Marietta High School in 1970. She retired from Marietta Memorial Hospital as a Certified Nursing Assistant after 15 years. Before that she was employed at Marietta Center for 10 years. She always worried about taking care of her family and friends. She enjoyed life and her dogs whom she dearly loved: Nakita, Todo and Rascal.

On July 6, 1986, she married Steven D. Wagner who preceded her in death in 2015. She is survived by her daughter, Tammy Wagner and her siblings: Ceila (Thomas) Clark, Sally (Larry) Mckitrick, Douglas (Helen) Miller, Chuck (Crystal) Miller and Jeffery Miller. Also surviving is a special aunt Juanita, several cousins, nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, infant daughter Dawn Elizabeth Miller, a brother an aunt, and grandmother Freda Woodford.

Funeral services will be held on Monday (March 25) at 11:00 am at McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home with Pastor Daniel Hess officiating. Interment will follow in East Lawn Memorial Park.
