Dora L. Carpenter Worstell Reynolds

Dora L. Carpenter Worstell Reynolds, 74, of Lower Salem, passed away on Thursday, July 11, 2013. She was born October 7, 1938, in Marietta to Harry M. and Glenda E. (Hill) Carpenter. She was married to John Worstell and then James Reynolds.

Dora worked for Family Services and was a foster parent. She was a member of the Warren Presbyterian Church. She had many good friends around the Lower Salem-Marr area.

She is survived by 5 children: Doreen Milan, Harry Worstell, Leola Hendrickson, Karen Hendrickson, John Worstell and foster daughter Cindy Lincicome Miller. She has 8 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 27, 2013, at 11:00 am at Barlow Presbyterian Church with Pastor Rick Hastings officiating. Burial will be in Union Cemetery. McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home is assisting the family and messages of sympathy may be sent at www.lankfordfh.com.
