Edward C. Jeffers
Edward C. Jeffers, 65, of Marietta passed away on Tuesday, January 7, 2025, at Marietta Memorial Hospital. He was born November 29, 1959 in Watertown, NY, a son of Clarence Jeffers of Stanleyville and the late June Miller Jeffers.
He had been employed as a roofer with Bradford Roofers and ProManco. He enjoyed his Harley Davidson and spending time with grandchildren. He also liked showing his gasoline engines and working with sheet metal.
Ed is survived by his son and daughters: Bridget Jeffers, Edward C. Jeffers and Georgina Starkey all of Marietta and 8 grandchildren: Charles, Alazay, Lainey, Drayden, Harley, Cash, Jameson and David, Jr. and a great granddaughter Gianna. Also surviving are brothers: Jeffery, Clarence, James, Kurt and Joseph.
He is preceded in death by his mother and sister Kelly Jeffers.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday (Jan. 11) at 11:00 am at McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home followed by cremation. Family will greet friends at Friday at the funeral home from 2-4 and 6-8. Messages of sympathy may be sent at www.Lankfordfh.com.
