Eva Carter

Eva Carter, 80, of Marietta passed away at 2:25pm, Tuesday, January 6, 2015, at Marietta Memorial Hospital. She was born September 8, 1934, in Buchannon, WV, to George and Valerie Powell Carter.

Eva is survived by her daughter Martha Carter, grandson John Carter (fiancé Lydia Kinney); 3 great grandchildren: Karisha, Chelsie, Mikaiah and great, great granddaughter Channelle.

Her body was cremated and memorial services will be held at a later date. McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
